...the most glaring deficiency is that you cannot add content from the blog page. The biggest lesson learned from P2 is that if you are looking for “micro” style content, you must put a content add page in the reading page: just like Twitter, Tumblr, and P2 do.

+1. I find myself using the "Blog it" bookmarklet or "Reblog" feature of other Micro blogs most because it's much easier/faster than navigating to the dashboard and composing a post.
If the TypePad dashboard toolbar showed up when you're logged in (like Wordpress.com's) it would help reduce clicks (and therefore annoyance). On This Boelter Family, I wind up having the dashboard and the blog open in two tabs because I can't easily toggle between the two.
Diggin' Micro, just want to see it improve.
